Terms and Conditions
All items are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change. All items and delivery costs are to be prepaid before order processing. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Payway Payments. By placing an order you agree and accept our terms and conditions.
All online orders will be processed as soon as payment is finalised and cleared. Once our warehouse has processed the order it will move to dispatch ready for delivery (1-5 work days). Delivery to Metro areas will take between 1 to 5 working days. All deliveries are made Mondays and Fridays only from 8.30 to 5pm. We cannot confirm exact delivery times but the driver will call before hand to give notice of his ETA.
We expect customers to arrange someone to be there on delivery day to sign for good. If a delivery must be rescheduled due to customer non-attendance an additional delivery fee of $60 will occur for the goods to be redelivered. This is to be paid before rescheduling; you will be informed of details if this occurs.
When driver arrives he will deliver package/packages to the requested area of placement, unpack the piece, assemble it and then remove all packaging and rubbish.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
When receiving product/s please examine the packages and take note of any damage before signing, when happy and you sign the delivery docket you are agreeing that all packages look in good condition and no obvious damage during transit. If there is damage to the packaging allow the driver to open and check item for damage. If fine, sign to say they are received in good order. If not, keep item to review for insurance claim and contact us immediately. We will cover cost in retrieval of package.
All Prima Express items have a warranty please take you can find the warranty time frame with each package. Please contact us within 24 hours of any faults. If you have a faulty or damaged item please take a photo of the damage and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be in immediate contact to resolve the issue. We will either repair or supply with a new item or refund the cost of product to the customer.
